why do i pay my gold member fees?
when i've had a simple tech support request in for 112 days? still waiting to see why my archives won't file my weblog-style stuff from back in the day. in fact, it won't create any "older" pages at all. i click all the entries i want to archive, and it does NOTHING. doesn't move them. one hundred and twelve days.
